Absolutely! Our priority is your satisfaction and we wouldn't dream of making your button without you having one final look at it. Our design team will go to work straight away, you will have a proof by the next morning. You'll need to approve the proof before we can begin making your buttons/pins. That is a VERY important question without an easy answer. We promise to move swifty - you'll have a proof by the next business morning and in most cases we ship the same day that you approve (if you approve by 9 am Pacific time). You need to select a shipping method that gets your buttons to you when you need them - and we always recommend at least one day early. When you add buttons to your cart you'll see an image similar to this:

This shows you the various shipping methods and their costs. Please review that carefully and when checking out pick the method that works best for you. Know that We begin making your memorial buttons immediately upon approval. Each product page has a countdown timer for your convenience and that countdown times makes the assumption that we'll ship the next business day.

YES! When placing your order, you can choose as many designs as you would like. You will design them individually and add them to your checkout cart. There is a minimum of 5 buttons per design. If you need assistance with how our personalizer works, please watch the tutorial. Each separate design is created one at a time..

#1 for us is quality. If you send a photo that isn't going to produce a great button you can be sure that you'll hear from us. In terms of what makes a great photo to upload - technically, a 300 dpi is best (dpi is dots per inch) and most people don't have any way of knowing that. So, that being said - a photo that you've saved down out of Facebook isn't likely the best source, and sometimes they are okay. A picture of a picture is often times also not the greatest. Our artists are great, if they can't get a great button for you, we'll be in touch!
